Capes with tie necks and certain accessories are not toys and may present a strangulation or choking risk. When purchased for children, these items must be used under adult supervision at all times.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All items are handmade and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Ready to ship items are usually processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days unless otherwise stated. Dispatch times may be longer for bespoke or made-to-order items; this will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Elizabeth Alice Makes is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations and excluding bespoke made items.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • returned in original packaging where possible

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within [X] working days.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible, so the issue can be resolved promptly.
