About Elizabeth

In September 2025, I took a leap of faith and opened Elizabeth Alice Makes, my own business where I design and make bespoke accessories, as well as free lancing for television productions in the Art department.

I’m passionate about props and costume, creating imaginative, handcrafted work for television, retail, and bespoke clients.

With over eight years’ experience in the television industry, I’ve worked across a wide range of platforms and styles, creating props, costumes, and set dressing for productions on BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, CBeebies, and CBBC. I thrive in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds and enjoy the challenge of delivering high-quality work for both live and pre-recorded shoots.

Alongside my television career, I have six years’ experience in retail as a Visual Merchandiser for both nationwide department stores and independent retailers. I continue to freelance for businesses today, designing and making bespoke props and visual displays.
